The "Let Them" theory is attributed to author and motivational speaker Mel Robbins. The goal of let them theory is not to change a negative outcome that's beyond your control but to let go of expectations, anxiety and resentment that could weigh on your mental health. The "let them" theory is great for letting go of control and reclaiming a sense of power in how you respond to things.

Each is hand-stamped by me in my little studio, I make these with lots of love and care! Each disc measures approx. 12mm and comes in the material of your choosing. Choose your preferred chain and let us know what chain length you would like in the personalization section.

• 14kt Gold filled jewelry consists of layers of solid 14kt gold pressure bonded to a core of jeweller's brass. The resulting thick layer of gold means it is durable, top quality, and just a step down from solid gold. The outer layer of gold in gold-filed jewelry is much thicker than gold plated, easily 100 times thicker. Gold filled jewelry can last a lifetime and is great for people with allergies or sensitive skin.
• Gold plated jewelry is dipped in a solution that contains gold and is zapped with an electric current. Our 16kt gold plated jewelry consists of a layer of 16kt gold on top of a brass core. Our gold plated jewelry is great quality and should not tarnish if cared for properly. Avoid wearing in the shower or oils/sunscreen.

Chain length is measured by laying the chain out straight and measuring from one end to the other. The chain length does not include the length of the pendant. A standard chain length is 18 inches.
