Our charms come to you on a small unsoldered ring called a jump ring.
If the ring is too small to slide onto or off of your chain, you can use the steps below to open the ring.
Using needle nosed pliers or tweezers, gently twist open the jump ring by moving one side of the ring toward you and the other side away from you, creating a small amount of space between the two ends.
Once the ring is on the chain, gently move the ends back together, twisting back and forth until the ends are flush.
